Will I have a special account created to fund it?
ALAMI will create a Funder Fund Account (RDF) account for Funders to make transactions at ALAMI. The RDF will be formed after the account is verified. ALAMI's RDF cooperates with BNI, so that RDF is a BNI account.
What if I want to change my profile data?
Funders can change their profile by logging into the Funder's account.
Currently, data profile changes can only be made through the platform's website.
For changing bank account, the account's name must be the name of the account owner.
Why is my account not getting notification regarding the funding?
Funding notifications are sent both via email and via notifications from the ALAMI app. Make sure to activate permission in the notification settings on your phone.
I’ve funded before, but why am I being asked to verify my data again?
This happens because there is a development in the ALAMI's system. Hence, Funder's data needs to be re-verified.
Where can I see my funding portfolio?
Funders can view their funding portfolio by logging into their account, then going to the Portfolio menu. In this menu, Funders can see the funding portfolio that is still running or active. Funders can enter the Funding History menu, to view funds that have been previously funded and have completed their repayments.
What is the mechanism for reporting taxes on my account for the Return (Ujrah) I receive?
Funder's tax reporting is carried out personally by following PPh 21 whose value applies progressively in accordance with the Funder's personal tax rate. If the Funder is an Indonesian citizen who is working abroad, the return on funding is subject to 20% in accordance with PPh 26 and is reported personally.
