Job Description:

  • Deliver CRM initiatives to (+re)activate acquired users, retain existing customers, increase conversion & up-sell, increase brand loyalty, and expand company‚Äôs brand value.
  • Manage all elements of the CRM communications such as email, push notification, WhatsApp - Collaborate with Marketing Creative & Tech Team for implementation of the required CRM infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders to identify the business problems, understand project requirements, define the project use cases and project scope in terms of CRM perspectives.
  • Provide weekly progress reports based on defined metrics.


  • 3-5+ years of CRM and campaign management experience.
  • Experience in operating CRM tool (i.e, Insider, Clevertap, Mailchimp, anything similar).
  • Proven experience in effective email marketing technique and in conducting tests and experiments.
  • Work experience in Financial/Banking industry preferred.
  • Able to develop persuasive copywriting in email and other creative formats.
  • Great organizational skills & problem-solving abilities.
  • Data & impact driven person with ability to interpret data into actionable programs.
  • Work experience in Financial/Banking industry preferred.
  • Have a done is better than perfect attitude.
  • Have opinions and ideas on how to do things better.
  • Resilient, always looking to improve & learn.
