Job Descriptions

  • Supervise day to day customer service operations in handling customer contacts both digital and non-digital channels.
  • Monitors team performance, evaluate and responsible for improvement.
  • Ensure the SOP or working instruction well implemented.
  • Ensure all KPIs well achieved with good quality and process.
  • Provides weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Come up with ideas to improve the standard operating procedure.
  • Works with other functions to execute improvement projects.


  • 4+ years experience in a customer service role
  • Having experience in the banking, fintech, or payment functions is a plus
  • Able to implement service excellence, and a strong service attitude
  • Familiars in any CRM system and customer service KPIs
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skill
  • Well-proven leadership experience
  • Good personality, work ethics and ethos
  • Dynamic, energic and fast learner person
